You will be allocated to one of our Account Managers to help complete your application. Your application will then be promoted to our large network pool of banks, lenders, funders and supplier.

We can usually get you the most competitive quote within 24 hours, sometimes shorter. Once you decide you are happy with that quote, leasing Documentation will need to be signed and returned before pay-out. Your Account Manager will keep you informed at every step.

Your application will need to be supported with business accounts showing evidence of your trading activities. Copies of last 3 month's Bank Statements may also be required.

The agreement must be settled unless the proprietors acquiring the business are taking over the lease (dependent on status and credit approval in advance).

Finance options for new start businesses are more limited. However, if you have good credit and bank statements and are a home owner, we have access to funders who will consider your application.

We may receive payment or other benefit from a lender if you decide to enter into an agreement with them. We may also charge a fee for our services which will be detailed on your quotation along with any other expected charges and your rights of cancellation.
