Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with the development team to ensure that the technical solution aligns with the business needs. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with Salesforce and wants to develop their skills as a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects
• Work with the development team to ensure that the technical solution aligns with the business needs
• Identify and document user stories, use cases, and business processes
• Assist with testing and quality assurance efforts
• Participate in project planning and project status meetings
• Develop and maintain project documentation and deliverables
• Provide end-user support and training as needed
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Salesforce certification(s) is a plus
