Vision Asset Finance are an FCA approved finance broker with 20 years experience working directly with clients and also via vendors of Business Equipment to arrange lease finance to spread the cost of the equipment over a suitable timeframe.

Vision Asset Finance were appointed by Viewble Media Limited to arrange financing for their digital media hardware.

You applied for equipment finance on either a signed paper application, or a digitally signed form for lease finance over 36 months for Digital Signage Solution to include Screen(s) and associated equipment. Vision Asset finance processed these applications on behalf of Viewble Media Limited (formerly Halast Media). The finance application was explicitly associated with the purchase of equipment and associated peripherals and installation.

Upon approval of your application for finance by one of our funder partners, lease documents were forwarded to Viewble for your signature, or electronically sent to your email address for electronic signature. No equipment was installed until we had received a signed lease agreement from you.

The Lease Agreement was a non-cancellable lease hire agreement over a 36 month period.

Vision Asset Finance brokered the finance of the equipment to Arkle, OnePm, SGEF and Grenke.

Grenke have also provided more information to those affected by the actions of this third party supplier on their website.

1. You initally completed an application for finance of the equipment.
2. Upon approval, a Lease Agreement for finance of the equipment over 36 months was presented to you for signature. A copy of the lease terms that you signed were provided.
3. Once the equipment was delivered and installed, an Acceptance Certificate was presented to you for signature  - highlighting explicitly that the lease agreement was entirely separate from any advertising or media agreement signed with a media company.
4. Before the Lease agreement was activated you verbally were recorded acknowledging that you were happy for the lease to commence, and that you were aware that your obligations under the lease were entirely separate from any advertising revenue that you may recieve.
5. Upon presetnation of all of the above information to a funder, the lease agreement was activated.

If you are experiencing financial hardship through loss of the advertising revenue, you should act quickly.

Speak directly to the funders' customer service representatives and explain your financial position. They will work to accommodate a repayment plan that suits your circumstances. Vision Asset Finance is unable to help or get involved in these conversations.

Alternative media and content providers may also be interested in helping you replace this lost revenue.

Where possible you should not cancel your Direct Debit, as falling into arrears or termination of the contract may have a negative bearing on your credit rating.

Neither Vision Asset Finance, nor our funders have any connection to the advertising contracts that were separately entered into between you and the various media providers, this includes Viewble Media, Rhino Media Group, Shoppers Network and MadAds.

Any claims associated with lost advertising revenue need to be directed to these media providers.

Viewble Media UK Ltd is now insolvent. The Insolvency practitioners have advised claims of misrepresentation should be directed to the appointed liquidator, Oury Clark on Tel 01753 551 111 or by emailing contact@ouryclark.com to investigate claims.
